Cancellation Policy

  • Please note that we cannot cancel your order if it has already been shipped.

  • All orders placed before 6:00 PM are processed the same evening, so we are unable to cancel any order after 6:00 PM, as our support team closes at 5:00 PM.

  • Any order placed after 6:00 PM can be canceled before 6:00 PM the following day — simply email us at contact@verdec.com.


Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee only if the product is defective or damaged during shipping.
Just let us know, and we will provide you with a return address and offer a replacement or refund.

We will cover return shipping costs only if the item is defective or damaged during shipping.
Please make sure to double-check the size chart, as we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues.

For size-related issues, the customer must return the item in its original packaging.
Verdec does not cover any shipping expenses, but we may offer a discount on the replacement.


Important Notes

  • A 30% restocking fee will apply to returned items missing their original packaging.
    Verdec will not cover any shipping costs for replacement packages.

  • We accept returns only in their original packaging, so please keep your original shipping box and materials after purchase in case you need to use our return policy.

  • You may request a return or exchange by contacting our customer service at contact@verdec.com.

  • You are eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days if the item is defective or damaged.
    No refunds can be issued after 30 days.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Provide photo evidence showing that the product is still in new condition and properly packaged in its original box.

  2. You will then receive return labels from the shipping company, including your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number via email.

  3. Within 30 days of approval, our support team will issue a full refund upon receiving the product in its original packaging and like-new condition,
    or we will send you a replacement item of equal value if you requested an exchange.


Additional Information

  • Before returning, all products must be disassembled and placed back in their original packaging.
    Customers are fully responsible for assembling and disassembling the product.

  • Refunds are processed within 2–3 days after we receive the product.
    It may take 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • A reasonable restocking fee (up to 30%) will apply to any item that does not meet the conditions listed above.

  • If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our support team, and we will do our best to assist you.
